I had a great stay at this fantastic hotel with friendly and efficient staff, and a beautiful location close to the area I wanted to visit.

The hotel here made our trip perfect with its cleanliness, helpful staff, and enjoyable breakfast.

We were offered a great-sized room for barking air conditioning. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and other attractions and Jeddah. There was Bridge Cafe nearby to grab something to eat.

Spacious room with good Wi-Fi, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Awesome location close to the area you want to be, and it's only a 15-minute stroll to the Saudi Flag Roundabout. 🚶‍♂️

The parking was on site. The room was spotless and large. The breakfast had a great selection of food and complimentary drinks. Our room came equipped with an ironing set, a work desk, and a stone fireplace.

The building and rooms were lovely, and the air conditioning worked great for keeping the room cool.

The housekeeping services were not up to the mark and could have paid more attention to details. the room cleaning was untimely, interrupting my sleep at 11:30 pm.

Had a great experience during New Year's eve! The complementary chocolate and champagne offered was a nice touch. Location was perfect, close to all the festivities. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city.

The parking was very limited and we had trouble finding a spot to park our car. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and not appealing.

The room is spacious and above average in size. The location is excellent. The reservations staff were helpful with a problem, allowing an early check-in and upgrading to a suite with breakfast. The staff are welcoming and the room has a large LCD screen and good lighting and air conditioning. The bathroom is also comfortable.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mercure. The location is great, close to shopping and Jeddah Corniche Water Fountain. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I recommend this hotel!
